As we age, our nutritional requirements change. Meals on Wheels provide nutritionally balanced meals for people aged over 65.
Would you rather risk becoming malnourished, or enjoy meals that are prepared according to the National Meal Guidelines for older people? Are the meals you are eating providing you with the nutrients you need for healthy ageing?

100% of donations via our website go towards our Financially Disadvantaged Fund.
The Financially Disadvantaged Fund supports vulnerable members of the community who are unable to afford the costs associated with their meals due to financial hardship. Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
